In regard to dogs, there are also wolves, coyotes, and jackals (genus Canis). The differences between dogs, wolves, coyotes, and jackals are due to natural selection processes (whereas god breeds are due to “artificial selection,” i.e., selection by human rather than pressures in natural environments). Additionally, the genetic similarities and differences between Canis species and other species of the order Carnivora show an evolutionary pattern, just as expected with evolution.

Clouds aren’t biological organisms that propagate through genetic heredity, so that’s merely a red herring.
I’m surprised that Hovind would bring up going to court, since in fact creationist have lost every single court case they’ve been involved in. It has always been shown in court that crationism is religion, not science, and also that evolution is science, not religion.
